No Name Harbor

It makes you wonder how it got that name.

Anyway, it's a beautiful little harbor on Cape Florida that is part of the Key Biscayne National Park.  We came up here because it's a good overnight staging area prior to crossing the gulf stream.  There's a good channel to the ocean for an early morning start.

This is why I always let Katy jump in first:



Actually we did go for a swim, the water felt really good.  There was also a really good Cuban restaurant at the harbor.  The grilled snapper was excellent as was the homemade key lime pie.



They also had live entertainment, an accordian player who specialized in latin music.  Sunset over No Name harbor:



Another beautiful day, tomorrow (Saturday) we cross the big water.
